Refund policy

At Unique Prints LLC., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. In the event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a hassle-free return process. Returns and exchanges are not supported for instances such as ordering the wrong size or color, or simply changing your mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

The product(s) must be sent back unworn and unwashed, in the condition they arrived.

1. To start a return, you can contact us at operations@uniqeprints.com within the specified timeframe.
2. Provide a clear photo showing the issue with the product.
3. Our customer service team will review your request promptly and guide you through the return process.
4. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
5. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges

At Unique Prints, every item is tailored to your specifications. Consequently, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for instances such as ordering the wrong size or color, or simply changing your mind. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please reach out to operations@uniqeprints.com with any inquiries or concerns regarding your particular item. 

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve inspected your item, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the item cost (excluding shipping fees and taxes) will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at operations@uniqeprints.com.
