What are the shipping options?

What payment methods do you accept?
At Uniqe Prints we strive to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible by offering a variety of payment methods. Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Meta Pay.
Will I get a tracking number?
As soon as we put your package in the mail, you’ll receive an email notification with the tracking number. It usually takes 24 hours for the tracking to be active.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment our orders are primarily available in the U.S. only, for more information contact our team at operations@uniqeprints.com.
When will I receive my order?
The delivery timeframe is influenced by several factors including product availability, chosen shipping method, and destination. Typically, orders are processed daily with shipping durations ranging from 5-10 days.
Please note that delivery times may vary, particularly during holidays. You can monitor the progress of your order using the provided tracking information. What do I do if I never received my order?
If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team at operations@uniqeprints.com. Be sure to share your order confirmation number and tracking number in your email.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been confirmed and processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing carrier information and a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package until it reaches you.
What if the t-shirt I want is out of stock?
If the t-shirt you desire is currently out of stock, don't worry! Simply reach out to our team at operations@uniqeprints.com and provide details about the size and color you'd like to order. We'll notify you once the item is back in stock or suggest suitable alternatives.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
We wait until the end of the day to process orders. To make changes to an order you've already placed, please contact our customer service team at operations@uniqeprints.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the status of your order.
- If the order hasn’t been sent to production yet: You can cancel or make changes to your order. This includes adding or removing products, updating shipping details, or changing the shipping method.
- If the order has been sent to production: Once an order enters the production phase, making changes to the product’s design or canceling your order is not possible.
Returns & Refunds
What is the return policy?
Our return policy at Unique Prints covers damaged products or manufacturing errors. You must contact us within 30 days of product delivery with a clear photo showing the issue. We offer a free replacement or full refund (exclude shipping fees and taxes) upon verification.
What do I do if I receive a defective order?
If you receive a defective order, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo showing the issue. We will provide a free replacement or refund upon verification. For more information check our return policy.
Where’s my refund?
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take 5-7 business days before your bank posts your refund.
My shirt doesn't fit how I like. Can I return it?
We custom made each of our shirts. Due to the production method we use for all of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for instances such as ordering the wrong size or color, or simply changing your mind.

Yes! If you post a photo of yourself wearing your Uniqe Print t-shirt, we will provide a 10% discount on your next purchase.

How do I care for my t-shirts?
To ensure the longevity of your t-shirts, we recommend following these care instructions:
- Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F)
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry: low heat
- Iron, steam, or dry: low heat
- Do not dry clean
Following these guidelines will help maintain the quality and appearance of your t-shirts wash after wash.
